Return Period
At YAJU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, you have a cooling-off period of 30 days to return your items.
The return period starts from the day you receive all the products in your order. During this period, you can return the items to us without any penalty.
What Can You Return?
To be eligible for a return, products must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused and unopened.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- The item should not be damaged in any way.
How to Return an Item
If you'd like to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Send us an email at info@yaju.nl with your order number and details of the items you wish to return.
- We will send you the return address where you can send your return.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please note that we cannot accept returns without prior communication via email. Be sure to include all necessary information when reaching out.
Refund Policy
If you decide to exercise your right to withdraw from the purchase, we will refund the order amount once the returned product is received in its original condition. Please allow up to 14 days after we receive your returned item for the refund to be processed.
Refunds will be credited to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
