If you can get real and pure Beta-Ecdysterone this is one of the best natural supplements to really make some fast gains and burst through plateaus. I am using this Beta-Ecdysterone for two months now and I have been making serious gains after several years of intense (natural) lifting. I purchased two jars of Tongkat Ali, Yaju was the only place I found some to buy online. Been supplementing for a four weeks now and I can tell a noticeable shift. Better workouts, fat loss, more energy, higher ****.
